Eat to live my friends!
What has happened to our eating habits in this nation? Why are our farmers becoming extinct? Why is our government okay with feeding our children pizza for breakfast?
I don’t have all of the answers but I have a few suggestions. Check back for the blogs.

I am a fan of Hell’s Kitchen but I really enjoyed watching Rock’s journey to the top! My family made a trip to Green Valley ranch to support Rock. We happened to be there for Rock’s first day. Not only did we get to eat a fabulous meal but we actually met Rock! He was so gracious to us, he took time to talk to us and take pictures with us. We were in Vegas recently and I was very disappointed to learn that Rock was no longer at Green Valley Ranch. I went to the Scottsdale Culinary Festival yesterday ( 4-19-09) but could not afford to see Rock at the demonstration. Again I was disappointed but I am so happy that you are still cooking and making people happy. May God continue to Bless you and your family. From a loyal fan!!!!!!!
